Global Immersion is a requirement of the MBA program. Students are responsible for the Global Immersion Program Fee ($2,475 is the fee for 2025. We anticipate a small increase for the 2026 Global Immersion) plus airfare, passport, visa (if needed), airport transfers, most meals, and incidentals. The program fee includes hotel accommodations, company meetings, on-site transportation, breakfast each morning and a cultural immersion experience.

This form is to acknowledge that you understand that the Global Immersion trip is a requirement of the MBA program. Those with documented extraordinary circumstances that would prevent them from attending the oversees trip (e.g. international student with visa restrictions, disability on file with the University, student athlete schedule conflicts, etc.) can submit a “Global Immersion Trip Exemption Request” and relevant supporting documentation. Requests must be submitted by August 1st. Those that receive an approved exemption will be charged the same program fee and enrolled in a virtual immersion course. This fee covers the cost of the alternative virtual immersion course.
